Ulinko LLC ("Ulinko", "we", "us") operates the website ulinkollc.com. This policy explains what data we collect when you visit the site, how we use it, and your rights.
1. Data we collect
Contact form. When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, email address, project message, preferred contact channel, and WhatsApp number if provided. Checklist signup forms collect your name and email address. This data is stored securely by Netlify and forwarded to us by email. We use it solely to respond to your inquiry or send the requested resource.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4). We use Google Analytics 4 to understand how visitors use the site. GA4 collects anonymised data including your approximate location (country/city), device type, browser, pages visited, and how you arrived at the site (e.g. Google search, direct link). This data is processed by Google and governed by Google's Privacy Policy. IP addresses are anonymised before storage.
Behaviour analytics (Microsoft Clarity). If enabled, we use Microsoft Clarity to record anonymised session replays, heatmaps and click patterns. Clarity may record mouse movements, scrolling, and interactions on the page. No passwords or payment details are ever recorded. This data is processed by Microsoft and governed by Microsoft's Privacy Statement.
Cookies. GA4, and Clarity if enabled, set cookies to distinguish visits and measure behaviour. These are analytics cookies only — we do not use advertising or tracking cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser settings at any time. For more detail, see our Cookie Policy.
2. How we use your data
- To respond to your inquiry and scope a potential engagement
- To improve the website based on anonymised usage patterns
- We do not sell, rent or share your personal data with any third party beyond the processors listed above (Netlify, Google, and Microsoft if Clarity is enabled)
- We do not use your data for advertising
3. Data retention
Contact form submissions are retained for as long as necessary to manage your inquiry and any subsequent engagement. Analytics data is retained according to the default settings of Google Analytics 4 (up to 14 months) and Microsoft Clarity if enabled (up to 13 months).
4. Your rights
If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection law, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction or deletion of your data
- Object to or restrict processing
- Withdraw consent at any time

5. Third-party links
Our site links to WhatsApp, Upwork and Fiverr. These are independent platforms with their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for their data practices.

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
