Ulinko LLC ("Ulinko," "we," or "us") operates ulinkollc.com. This policy explains what information this website collects, why we use it, and the choices available to you.
1. Information you provide
When you submit a sourcing project, we may collect your name, work email, company, buyer type, product, requested procurement help, demand stage, purchase cadence, whether you have a quote or supplier, destination, timing, preferred response channel, WhatsApp number, and any message you submit.
If you continue into a procurement engagement, you may separately share supplier quotations, product specifications, commercial requirements, and other project material through email, WhatsApp, or another agreed channel. Those materials are used to assess fit, scope work, and perform an accepted engagement.
2. Website and analytics information
Essential storage. The site stores your privacy choice and may store whether a high-intent prompt was recently shown. This helps the site remember your settings and avoid repeatedly showing the same prompt.
Google Analytics 4. If you allow analytics, GA4 may process device, browser, approximate location, pages visited, referral source, and website events such as quote-benchmark or inquiry actions. Advertising personalization signals are disabled. See Google's Privacy Policy.
Optional tools. Microsoft Clarity is used only when you allow analytics and can provide interaction patterns, heatmaps, and session replay. Clay Website Intent may be used only after its account connection is configured and you allow the Website intent category; it may associate a business visit with a company account. Identification is incomplete and not guaranteed.
3. How we use information
- Assess whether a purchase fits Ulinko's services and respond to the inquiry
- Prepare a written scope, fee, deliverables, assumptions, and timing
- Perform an accepted procurement engagement
- Improve website usability, conversion flow, and content when optional analytics is allowed
- Maintain business, security, suppression, and legal records where reasonably necessary
Ulinko does not sell or rent personal information. Service providers may process information for us only for the relevant service, including website hosting, analytics when allowed, email, WhatsApp, and other tools used in an agreed engagement.
4. Project confidentiality
Supplier identities, quotations, specifications, and commercial information are treated as confidential and shared only as reasonably needed for the requested assessment or agreed work. An NDA can be arranged before deeper review. When a laboratory, inspector, freight provider, customs specialist, or other third party is required, relevant information may be shared with that party for the agreed purpose.
5. Retention and security
Information is kept only for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage an engagement, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, or resolve disputes. No internet transmission or storage system is completely secure, but we use reasonable administrative and technical measures appropriate to the information handled.
6. Your choices and rights
You may reject optional analytics, reopen the Privacy choices control, or ask us to access, correct, delete, or restrict use of personal information where applicable law provides that right. Contact Marazhang@ulinkollc.com. We will respond within the period required by applicable law.
7. Third-party links and international processing
The site links to independent platforms such as WhatsApp and Upwork. Their own policies govern information processed by them. Because Ulinko supports international procurement, information may be processed in countries other than your own, subject to applicable safeguards and the needs of the agreed work.

We may update this policy as the website, tools, or legal requirements change. The date above identifies the current version.
